    Ida Tenbettei is a halal-certified Japanese restaurant born at Lake Kawaguchi with a view of Mount Fuji. We offer authentic Japanese course meals using domestic Wagyu beef, seasonal vegetables, and fresh seafood. We do not use any pork, alcohol, mirin, or other seasonings, and we use dedicated cooking utensils. A prayer room is also available, so Muslim customers can use it with peace of mind.

Under the guidance of an entertainer, this is a hands-on experience of making Houtou noodles from scratch by kneading, stretching, and cutting, using all five senses to enjoy. You complete the dish by adding ingredients to the noodles you made yourself.
