During a short two-day visit to Lake Kawaguchi, my fiancé and I happened to spot a sign in the window advertising a 30-minute sushi-making class. We're so glad we joined. Coming from Hawaii, we're big sushi fans, and this private lesson with Mina and Karin exceeded all our expectations.

These two amazing women are not only incredibly talented but also warm, funny, and welcoming. They speak English so well that the experience was even more enjoyable and easy to understand. The class was full of delightful surprises and lots of laughter. We learned how to make three different types of sushi, and all of them were truly delicious.
