We use fresh, chewy noodles delivered from a long-established Hawaii noodle factory in Miyakojima, which has been in business for 70 years. The noodles are made using the traditional hand-made method inherited from previous generations.
The noodles are smooth and chewy. They are carefully made every day at a factory in Miyakojima, and the taste is the same as that of the "Hawaii Shokudo" noodles that once drew long lines.

Limited-time menu: Beef cutlet set meal

Crispy on the outside, moist and rare on the inside. A luxurious dish packed with flavor. This beef cutlet is made from carefully selected beef, lightly fried to lock in the flavor.
