The Miyako soba served at Fuji Tempura Ida Ten uses chewy fresh noodles delivered from Hawaii Seimenjo, a long-established noodle maker in Miyako Island with 70 years of history. The noodles, made with a traditional hand-pulled method inherited from the previous generation, feature a smooth throat feel and firm texture. The taste of the noodles, carefully made every day at the factory in Miyako Island, is exactly the same as the flavor of the "Hawaii Shokudo" that once drew long lines.

Limited-time menu · Beef Cutlet Set Meal

Crispy on the outside, moist and rare on the inside. A luxurious dish full of rich flavor. Carefully selected beef is quickly fried to lock in the meat's umami in this beef cutlet. While using the iron plate at your seat to finish it to your preferred doneness, you can fully enjoy the freshly fried aroma and the juicy taste of the beef.
